Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other core functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications.
  • Architect and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Champion best practices in code development, documentation, and version control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce advancements, certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I), and industry trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and data modeling techniques.
  • Extensive experience with Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and other essential Salesforce query languages.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs or middleware tools (a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
