We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and supporting hiring managers to ensure we attract and retain top talent. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus
