Position Overview
As a Home Check Associate, you are the eyes, ears, and trusted guardian of some of the most beautiful and exclusive homes in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to excellence. You will conduct regular property checks, document your findings, and ensure each home is secure, maintained, and ready to welcome its owner without a single concern.
Your role is essential to delivering the peace of mind and serenity for absentee homeowners that defines our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly comprehensive home check services based on client preferences and seasonal needs
- Follow customized checklists to ensure consistency, documentation, and quality.
- Use CompanyCam to take 50–150 HD images per visit, capturing and documenting each area of the home
- Identify and report issues related to HVAC, plumbing, security systems, landscaping, pools, general property upkeep, etc.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients using our CRM (Salesforce), Jobber, and Missive
- Ensure all client-specific instructions (gate codes, alarm systems, etc.) are followed with precision
- Submit real-time updates and short video summaries after each home check
- Alert management of any urgent issues requiring immediate attention or trade coordination
- Represent the Elite Pro brand with professionalism, discretion, and a client-first mindset

- Client-Centric: You understand that every action you take should contribute to worry-free home care and the peace of mind our clients expect.
- Problem-Solver: You approach obstacles with a calm, professional, and proactive mindset.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and safely navigate large estate properties (including stairs and outdoor areas)
- Availability for flexible hours, including occasional weekends or urgent response visits
- Background check and references required
- Prior experience in home watch, property management, hospitality, or concierge services is a plus
- Knowledge of Arizona luxury properties and systems (pools, HVAC, irrigation) is preferred
